The chair features continuous curved chrome frames, sling-style leather seats, stitched black leather backrests, padded leather armrests, and a clean Bauhaus-inspired modernist design language, making them a strong fit for minimalist, postmodern, industrial, and Scandinavian modern interiors.

With its low-slung profile, open tubular steel construction, and suspended leather seat panels, the chair has a refined architectural presence.

The Klinte lounge chair was designed by Swedish designer Tord Björklund for IKEA in the 1980s. Björklund is known for several collectible IKEA designs from this period, often working with tubular metal, leather, canvas, and clear functional forms. The Klinte model reflects the 1980s revival of Bauhaus and modernist design language, with its chrome tubular frame, sling seat construction, and minimal black leather surfaces.
 
We are unsure if this is the exact model, no marks  but in a Bauhaus-inspired style (and some units from that era were produced in Italy or shared strong Italian design lines).

Condition
Good vintage condition with signs of age and use consistent with its period.
The chrome frames are clean and reflective with light surface scratches and small marks.
The black leather shows light wear, including surface scratches, small scuffs, light creasing, minor marks, and wear around the edges and armrests.
There are some very small loose threads
