1940’s Mid Century Zydel Dining Chair
A stunning mid century pine Polish Zydel dining chair.

Designed by Wladyslaw Wincze (1905-1992) and Olgierd Szlekys  (1908-1980) for the ŁAD Cooperative in 1942. 
This model is exhibited at the Gallery of Polish Design of the National Museum in Warszaw. 

The ŁAD artists cooperative were focused on changing interior architecture at the time.
These sculptural chair is formed from pieces of solid pine, makers marks stamped underneath.

In excellent restored condition 
Still very minor wear consummate with age might be visible.
