Beautiful iconic chairs.
These iconic Windsor Chairs were made between 1958 and 1985 - we know this because only 4 spindles are present in the hooped back, originally 5 then reduced to 4 in 1958.
Not to be mistaken with the 307 dining chair which is a close relative but with 6 spindles. 
The 400 are no longer in production, making these extremely collectible.

The chairs are made of solid beech and elm wood and have their own unique colour finish, they have the classic Ercol rounded oyster elm seat, both generous and comfortable.
Suitable as a desk chair as well as around a kitchen or dining table.
