A fabulous rare Ercol No. 393 Breakfast Table with slatted undershelf 
Designed by Lucian Ercolani in England during the 1960s

The table top is solid Elm and the legs are Beech which taper in the classic Ercol design from the early 1960s.
Underneath the table top is the original magazine rack made with solid hardwood spindles Ercols’ iconic trademark signature design
The table comfortably seats 2 to 4 people as a breakfast/dining table in a kitchen or dining area, it could also be used as a work desk using the magazine rack to store office paperwork or books.
Restored and  finished in the light natural finish
 
- Solid wood construction, with a beech frame and elm top.
- Splayed legs.
- Dowelled shelf below, acts as a magazine rack, or for the morning papers.
- Ercol label still attached to the side of the supporting frame.
 
This is a very rare and sought after piece of mid century Ercol furniture
These were only produced by Ercol between 1957-1970
 
Condition:
Very good condition
Professionally restored
The table top, legs and spindles have been sanded to remove the old waxes and most of the marks
and then Danish Oiled twice and waxed.
Still as any vintage piece some wear or repairs might be visible
One of the spindles is deformed (pictured). 
Everything checked, glued when necessary
