This mid century modern piece combines functional design with timeless Scandinavian style.

A rare and special find, this is a collector’s piece.
Most probably designed by Johannes Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup in the 1960s. 
 
We love the combination of brushed silver, chrome and black in perfectly balanced design harmony across this piece. 
The adjustable height arm and 360 degrre rotable shade allow for directional lighting, perfect for reading corners, lounge spaces or adding a sculptural touch to your decor.

A brushed silver spotlight with a wide open face, partnered with a long chrome arm and stem to create a sculptural, striking lamp.
 
Originating from Denmark, it dates from the 1960s and comes with classic mid century good looks. 
Renowned Danish designer, Hammerborg, joined Fog & Mørup in the late fifties and as head of design, he meticulously oversaw every last detail of its modernist lighting output. 
He went on to champion the company’s most successful period during the sixties. 

These floor lamps simply don’t become available very often 
Medium height  in stature, elegant and architectural in design, 
The height of the lamp can be adjusted dramatically by the double stem mechanism.
