A vintage set of four Ercol Quaker dining chairs.
An extremely comfortable highback version of the traditional Windsor chairs.

Rounded oyster shaped seat 
This elegant set features classic Ercol styling with supportive spindle backs and solid construction.
All chairs retain their original cushion poppers, ready for use with seat pads.
2 chairs retain their original blue label stickers(50s-70s)
 
These tall, arched ‘Quaker’ chairs, the model 365 design, are among the most elegant of Ercol’s extensive dining chair range and also some of the most sought after.  

They were originally produced from the late 1950s through to the mid 1970s. 
Made from solid British elm and beech woods with five-spindled backs and a generous seat height, these wider seat models offer much comfort and support round the table. 

This particular set is comprised of four regular dining chairs. 
They date from the 1960s  and are in incredible, original condition with just light signs of use. It’s a rare thing to find vintage Ercol chairs in such fantastic order.
Golden Dawn finish.

Golden Dawn is a specific, warm mid-toned stain that became highly popular for Ercol's solid elm and beech pieces.
A light-brown, honey-tinted stain. It provides a slightly warmer, uniform golden hue while still showcasing the dramatic elm wood grain patterns.
